abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a measuring method capable of measuring canine interferon-γ accurately and rapidly. A standard canine interferon-γ solution, an insoluble carrier, an anti-canine interferon-γ antibody, a labeling agent-conjugated anti-canine interferon-γ antibody, an enzyme complex, a substrate solution, and a reaction stop solution are required. By measuring canine interferon-γ by an enzyme immunoassay by a sandwich method using a color former used accordingly, canine interferon-γ can be measured more accurately and rapidly.
