abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a SAW sensor capable of eliminating the influence of a SAW reflected wave from the end face of a piezoelectric substrate to ensure high sensitivity and eliminating the influence of a SAW from an adjacent channel when the multi-channel is realized. A SAW sensor 10 is fixed to an IDT 13 composed of a pair of crossed finger electrodes 12a and 12b formed on the surface of a piezoelectric substrate 11 and a SAW propagation surface excited by the IDT, and recognizes a target substance. And a pair of reflectors 15 and 15 disposed on both sides of the IDT and the receiver in the SAW propagation direction. Since the SAW propagating from the IDT to the left and right sides is reflected by both reflectors and confined between them, the influence of the reflected wave from the end face of the piezoelectric substrate is eliminated, and the sensitivity of the sensor is improved. , SAW can be prevented from propagating to adjacent channels.
