abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic fiber and a pile fabric in which the discharge property of a fiber pre-dyed at a high concentration is improved without deteriorating quality and texture. SOLUTION: The acrylonitrile content is 35 to 55% by weight, the halogen-containing monomer content is 44.3 to 64.3% by weight, and the sulfonic acid group-containing monomer content is 0.7% by weight. Acrylic synthetic fiber obtained from an acrylic copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 5.6 × 10 4 or more and 8.5 × 10 4 or less, and relaxation relaxation of 0.80 or less by wet heat treatment A pile fabric containing 10% by weight or more of acrylic synthetic fiber to which a rate is imparted.
