titleOfInvention | Multi-axis fabric, preform material, and fiber reinforced plastic molding |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a preform material used for manufacturing a fiber reinforced plastic molded product, having good affinity with a resin, having no deterioration in mechanical properties, and capable of maintaining a shape along a desired molded product A multiaxial fabric that can be manufactured is provided. SOLUTION: A laminated body 10 in which fiber reinforcing material sheets 10a to 10f composed of a fiber reinforcing material bundle 3 and a resin impregnated fiber reinforcing material bundle 5 arranged in parallel with each other are stacked while changing the fiber axis directions of the fiber reinforcing materials. A multiaxial fabric comprising stitch yarns 12 penetrating the laminate in the thickness direction and reciprocating along the surface direction between the front and back surfaces of the laminate. The multiaxial woven fabric of the present invention is useful for producing a preform material in a resin transfer molding method and a resin film infusion molding method. [Selection] Figure 1 |
