SOLUTION: a) one or more relaxation agents and one or more cellulosic thickeners combined with one or more urea-methane type rheology agents; and b) one or more ones capable of dissolving the nail polish. It can be achieved by an acetone-free thixotropic cosmetic or dermatological composition for removing cosmetics from nails comprising an organic phase consisting of an organic solvent.
