titleOfInvention | Moisturizing polymer compound |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisturizing polymer compound having a constitutional unit containing a multi-branched polysaccharide derivative suitable for a skin external preparation that moisturizes the skin and exhibits an appropriate viscosity and solubility. (1) A structural unit containing a multibranched polysaccharide derivative (wherein the hydroxyl group (OH) in the multibranched polysaccharide derivative is OR (R is a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, or a heteroatom). And a moisturizing polymer compound characterized by having a structural unit that does not contain a multi-branched polysaccharide derivative. 2) A skin external preparation containing 0.1 to 99.9% by mass of the polymer compound, and (3) a cosmetic comprising the skin external preparation.
