titleOfInvention Polyurethane foam and headrest for headrest
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesion of polyurethane foam to a bent portion when a headrest stay is bent after plating, and to suppress corrosion at a bent portion of the headrest stay. Provides polyurethane foam and headrest for headrest. SOLUTION: Polyurethane foam 16 is enclosed in a state where a headrest stay 15 is inserted into a bag-shaped skin 12. The headrest stay 15 is bent after the surface of the steel material is plated. The polyether polyol as a raw material for producing the polyurethane foam 16 is a polymer obtained by addition polymerization of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide to a polyhydric alcohol, and contains 20 mol% or more of polyethylene oxide units. The catalyst includes a polyisocyanate-reactive catalyst and a non-reactive catalyst, and the non-reactive catalyst is a volatile compound. [Selection] Figure 1
