abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for efficiently screening and discriminating anticancer agents, specifically G2 / M inhibitors, DNA modifiers and non-DNA modifiers. SOLUTION: 1) A B lymphoblastoid cell line obtained by transforming B cells derived from a healthy person with EBV, 2) an immortal cell line derived from this B lymphoblastoid cell line, and optionally, 3) a primary Targeting polymerization of tubulin or other molecules by using a cell line (TRS # 5) in which a human telomerase gene, SV40 T antigen gene, and tumor gene Ha-ras are introduced into a cultured adult fibroblast cell line G2 / M inhibitors can be efficiently screened or discriminated. Furthermore, by using these cell lines, DNA modifying agents and non-DNA modifying agents can be screened or discriminated. [Selection figure] None
