abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-drink alcoholic beverage using an active ingredient contained in a noni root. SOLUTION: Noni roots are washed, shade-dried, crushed into chips, soaked in alcohols, and aged for 90 days or more at room temperature to extract noni's active ingredients. This is a method for producing noni liquor. In addition, cinnamon bark or root is dipped together with noni root. In addition, noni root alcohol extract and cinnamon alcohol extract are mixed.
