titleOfInvention Nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery and manufacturing method thereof
abstract A non-aqueous solution comprising a positive electrode and a negative electrode containing an active material capable of reversibly occluding and desorbing lithium ions, a flat wound group consisting of a linear part and a curved part consisting of a separator, and a non-aqueous electrolyte. Electrolyte secondary battery, without group capacity, electrode plate breakage in the process of compression molding into a flat electrode plate group, or without capacity reduction due to electrode plate breakage during repeated charge and discharge, A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a high capacity and excellent cycle life characteristics and productivity is provided. Prior to winding on an electrode plate group, a solvent is brought into contact with a portion corresponding to a curved portion of a positive electrode plate so that the density of the positive electrode plate in a linear portion is lower.
