abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording material having a good coated surface, suitable for continuous coating, and excellent in brittleness. In an image recording material having an image forming layer on at least one surface side of a support, at least one non-image forming layer on the support has an organic or inorganic mode diameter of 5 μm or more and 15 μm or less. The total volume of fine particles having a particle diameter of 0.5 μm or more and 3 μm or less among all fine particles contained in the non-image forming layer and all the non-image forming layers farther from the support than the non-image forming layer. An image recording material comprising 0.01% to 10% of the total volume of fine particles. [Selection figure] None |
