abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image toner capable of obtaining a high quality toner image with a small particle size and a narrow particle size distribution, and an electrostatic charge image toner production method capable of stably producing the toner. A resin solution in which a resin is dissolved in a solvent is discharged from a nozzle of a discharge device into an aqueous medium to form a dispersion having droplets of the resin solution, and then the resin is removed from the dispersion by removing the solvent. A toner for developing an electrostatic image, wherein the toner is prepared by preparing fine particles and aggregating / fusing the resin fine particles and at least colorant particles.
