titleOfInvention | Hydrogen peroxide measurement electrode and oxidase substrate measurement apparatus using the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring unit capable of performing continuous measurement of hydrogen peroxide concentration in a solution simply, even with a small amount of sample, to a low concentration with high sensitivity and high selectivity. Moreover, the measuring apparatus for oxidase substrates using the measuring part is provided. As an electrode for a hydrogen peroxide measuring section, a carbon fiber felt member in which a protein having a specific activity is immobilized on the surface by chemical modification and through which a measuring solution penetrates is used. Further, in measuring the oxidase substrate, the reaction part having a carbon fiber felt member in which oxidase is immobilized by a chemical modification method is arranged upstream, and the hydrogen peroxide measurement part is arranged downstream.
