[PROBLEMS] To improve the storage stability of a polyol premix in a completely water-foamed rigid polyurethane foam using a carbon dioxide gas generated by the reaction of water and polyisocyanate as a blowing agent, and to maintain the reactivity high over a long period of time. SOLUTION: A polyisocyanate component and a blending solution containing a polyol component, water, a catalyst, a flame retardant and other auxiliary agents are mixed, and foaming is performed using carbon dioxide gas generated by the reaction of the polyisocyanate component and water as a blowing agent. Rigid polyurethane foam obtained by processing. A low basic amine catalyst is used, and the pH immediately after blending of the blending solution is adjusted to 8-9. |
