titleOfInvention | Silicone rubber composition for mold molding |
abstract | Disclosed is a silicone rubber composition for molding a mold, which has excellent mold releasability without adding an additive. (A) 100 parts by weight of a diorganopolysiloxane having a silicon atom-bonded alkenyl group at both ends of the molecular chain and having no silicon atom-bonded alkenyl group in the molecular chain side chain; (B) a molecular chain side chain 3 to 30 parts by weight of a diorganopolysiloxane having at least 3 silicon-bonded alkenyl groups and no silicon-bonded alkenyl groups at the molecular chain ends, (C) at least 2 silicon atoms in one molecule Organopolysiloxane having bonded hydrogen atoms {The amount of silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms in component (C) is 0.5-3 with respect to 1 mol of silicon-bonded alkenyl groups in total in components (A) and (B). Mole amount}, (D) a hydrosilation reaction catalyst in a catalytic amount and (E) a hydrosilation reaction curable silicone rubber composition for molding, comprising 5 to 70 parts by weight of a reinforcing filler.
