titleOfInvention Diamond thin film and manufacturing method thereof
abstract [PROBLEMS] To prevent re-aggregation of diamond particles and fix them to a substrate at high density by controlling the zeta potential of a dispersion of diamond particles close to the critical nucleus diameter and the zeta potential or surface potential of the substrate surface. Let In order to control the zeta potential of a dispersion of diamond fine particles, an acid is added to the dispersion to adjust the pH value of the dispersion, and the adjusted dispersion is brought into contact with the film formation surface of the substrate. Then, diamond fine particles are fixed on the surface of the substrate, and a diamond thin film with few void defects is produced by vapor phase growth using this as a nucleus. [Selection] Figure 1
