abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cell contact with a proteolytic enzyme when exchanging a culture vessel to ensure the soundness of the cell and to efficiently detach the cell from the culture vessel. SOLUTION: An enzyme supply unit that sequentially supplies proteolytic enzymes to a plurality of culture containers containing cultured cells, and time measurement is started when the proteolytic enzyme is supplied to the first culture container in the same lot. There is provided a culture treatment apparatus 30 that includes a timer unit 64 that performs measurement and a notification unit 66 that notifies that the time measured by the timer unit 64 has reached a predetermined time.
