abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a waterproof casing capable of increasing sheet metal strength and enhancing waterproofness. SOLUTION: Ends 2d of waterproof frames 2c, 3c formed on a cover top 2 and a cover bottom 3 are bent in a crank shape, and the end 2d is overlapped with a waterproof frame 1a formed on a cover body 1. The surface frames of the waterproof frames 2c, 3c formed on the cover top 2 and the cover bottom 3 and the waterproof frame 1a formed on the cover body 1 are aligned. As a result, even if an impact is applied to the waterproof frames 2c, 3c formed on the cover top 2 and the cover bottom 3 and the waterproof frame 1a formed on the cover body 1, the adhesive resin 7 is bonded to them.
