titleOfInvention | Sodium percarbonate with excellent solubility |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sodium percarbonate particles excellent in solubility, which are suitably used as a bleaching composition, and a method for producing the same. A method for producing sodium percarbonate particles comprising the following steps (1) to (3). (1) A step of granulating by adding 10 to 30% by weight of sodium bicarbonate having a particle size of 250 μm or more to sodium percarbonate and having a particle size of 10% by weight or less, (2) heating the granulated sodium percarbonate at 80 to 140 ° C. and generating 5 to 30 ml of gas per 5 g of sodium percarbonate when the heated sodium percarbonate is dissolved in water; (3) A step of adding a nonionic surfactant to the obtained sodium percarbonate in an amount of 0.1 wt% or more and less than 0.5 wt%. |
