PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a chain from coming into contact with a front derailleur in a bicycle transmission control device for controlling an electrically controllable derailleur. A variable speed control device 110 is a device that controls a front derailleur 97f that moves a chain 95 to any one of a plurality of front sprockets arranged side by side in an axial direction. Part b. The shift control unit moves the front derailleur to one of the front shift positions corresponding to the plurality of front sprockets. The minute control unit moves the front derailleur by a minute distance smaller than the moving distance between the shift positions according to the rear shift position of the rear derailleur corresponding to the plurality of rear sprockets arranged side by side in the rear hub axial direction.
