titleOfInvention | Method for producing multilayer gel composition |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a multilayer gel composition, which can simplify the production process, can form a multilayer gel composition in a short time, and does not affect the blended components at all by heating. . SOLUTION: In the production of a multilayer gel composition comprising a plurality of gel layers, a photogel containing a photogelator, forming a fluid solution when not irradiated with light, and gelling by irradiation with light. The composition is placed in a container, irradiated with actinic rays to form the first photogelation layer by gelling the photogelation composition, and then the exposed surface of the first photogelation layer is removed. A new photogelling composition is added to the container so that it is directly covered, irradiated with actinic rays, and the photogelling composition is gelled to form a second photogelation layer. A multilayer gel having a laminated structure in which a plurality of photogelation layers are integrally joined to each other by sequentially forming the third and subsequent gel layers in the same manner as the photogelation layer formation. A method for producing a multilayer gel composition, which forms a gel composition. [Selection figure] None |
