【Task】 The hair growth effect or hair growth inhibiting effect and hair removal effect of the hair root tissue are adjusted safely and easily. [Solution] A liquid agent composed of a conductive resin material and having a rounded tip at the hair follicle insertion portion, and capable of adjusting the hair growth effect or hair growth inhibiting effect and hair removal effect of the hair root tissue on the hair follicle.
