A first object of the present invention is to provide a solid electrolyte which has almost no leakage of electrolyte and has excellent electric conductivity. Secondly, the present invention provides a solid electrolyte that can be easily produced in a short time, and that hardly causes electrolyte leakage and has excellent electrical conductivity. The solid electrolyte of the present invention is obtained by reacting a reactive functional group-containing compound (a) with a compound (b) having a functional group capable of reacting with the reactive functional group of component (a).
