titleOfInvention Optical integrated device
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the influence of diffracted light from an end of a prism reflecting surface in an optical integrated device for an optical disk. SOLUTION: A light emitting element 24, a light receiving element for signal detection, a prism 26 having a reflecting surface 25 for reflecting light emitted from the light emitting element 24, and an optical path of the reflected light from the prism 26 to the irradiated object. An optical system 37 for determining is provided, and the position and shape of the prism 26 are set so that the diffracted light component reflected from the lower end of the reflecting surface 25 of the prism 26 does not affect the principal ray of the reflected light.
