SOLUTION: The fiber surface is pre-modified in water having a polyphenol concentration of 0.1% to 10% owf and in the range of 40 ° C. to 100 ° C., and then a functional polymer such as a natural protein or a synthetic polypeptide is attached. Therefore, a high-functionality fiber such as moisture retention, rough skin prevention, antibacterial property, antiallergic property, and static electricity generation suppression, and an excellent texture are obtained.
