titleOfInvention Method for producing polybenzoxazole resin precursor and method for producing polybenzoxazole resin
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a polybenzoxazole resin precursor having a higher molecular weight than before and a polybenzoxazole resin excellent in heat resistance, mechanical strength, chemical resistance, optical properties, electrical properties, etc. A manufacturing method is provided. A method for producing a polybenzoxazole resin precursor is obtained by mixing a diamine compound, a dicarboxylic acid dihalide, and a solvent while maintaining a liquid temperature at 0 ° C. or lower to obtain a reaction liquid. The reaction temperature is maintained at 0 ° C. or lower for a certain period of time. The polybenzoxazole resin causes the above precursor to undergo a dehydration cyclization reaction or a desilanol cyclization reaction. [Selection figure] None
