abstract |
A novel nitrophenol monooxygenase gene and a method for decomposing nitrophenol compounds are provided. The present invention provides a nitrophenol monooxygenase gene and a hydroxydioxygenase gene having a specific base sequence derived from Rhodococcus bacteria, or a nitrophenol monooxygenase and a hydroxydioxygenase encoded by these genes. |
