titleOfInvention | Metal fine particle dispersed pattern forming method and metal pattern forming method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fine particle dispersion pattern forming method capable of forming a high heat resistance metal fine particle dispersion pattern in which metal fine particles are dispersed at high density on a polyimide substrate surface by a simple process. It is another object of the present invention to provide a method for forming a metal pattern capable of forming a high-heat-resistant metal thin film having high density and excellent uniformity on a polyimide substrate surface by a simple process. SOLUTION: A step of generating a graft polymer having a polar group directly bonded to a surface of a base material containing a polyimide having a polymerization initiation site in a skeleton in a pattern; A step of imparting metal ions or metal salts to the graft polymer, and a step of reducing metal ions in the metal ions or metal salts to precipitate metal fine particles to form metal fine particle adhesion regions. The metal fine particle dispersion pattern forming method and the metal fine particle dispersion pattern obtained by the metal fine particle dispersion pattern method are heated.
