titleOfInvention Solar cell electrode parts
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode part for a solar cell which can prevent deterioration of light transmittance, maintain and improve the adhesive strength of a transparent conductive film to a transparent substrate, and prevent deterioration in reliability. SOLUTION: A transparent substrate 1, a highly conductive layer 2 formed on the surface of the transparent substrate 1, a transparent conductive film 4 formed on the highly conductive layer 2, and a transparent conductive film 4 are formed on the transparent conductive film 4 to increase the spectrum. And a metal oxide semiconductor film 5 provided with a dye-sensitive material 6. Then, the high conductive layer 2 is patterned to form a plurality of hollow portions 3. Since the highly conductive layer 2 is interposed between the transparent substrate 1 and the transparent conductive film 4, it is not necessary to bond the roughened copper foil. Therefore, the possibility of deteriorating the light transmittance can be effectively eliminated. [Selection] Figure 1
