titleOfInvention Amine curable epoxy resin having sulfonic acid group
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin having good electrolyte characteristics, heat resistance and mechanical strength and capable of minimizing weight loss in an acid treatment process of an electrolyte or a cleaning process of an electrolyte membrane. SOLUTION: A method for producing an amine curable epoxy resin having a sulfonic acid group, wherein (a) an amine compound having two or more active hydrogens derived from amino groups in the molecule is added to an amine compound in an amount of 0. A step of producing 1 to 0.9 equivalent of an anionizing agent to produce an amide ion; (B) reacting the amide ion with a cyclic sultone equivalent to the anionizing agent to obtain an amine compound having a sulfonate, (c) derived from an amino group remaining in the amine compound having the sulfonate A method is used, which comprises a step of reacting an active group with an epoxy compound having two or more epoxy groups in the molecule and reacting an amino group and an epoxy group.
