A poly (α-hydroxycarboxylic acid) / polyolefin block copolymer comprising a poly (α-hydroxycarboxylic acid) component and a polyolefin component, wherein the constituent mass ratio of both components is 10/90 to 90/10. Coalescence. Moreover, 0.1-20 mass parts of this block copolymer is 100 mass parts in total of 10-90 mass parts of (A) poly ((alpha) -hydroxycarboxylic acid) type | system | group resin, and (B) 90-10 mass parts of polyolefin-type resin.
