abstract | An industrially advantageous method for producing a polybenzoxazole precursor excellent in heat resistance, electrical properties, mechanical properties and the like is provided. A method for producing a polybenzoxazole precursor comprising: (a) synthesizing a dicarboxylic acid derivative by reacting a dicarboxylic acid compound with 1-hydroxybenzotriazole using dicyclohexylcarbodiimide as a condensing agent. A step (b) a second step of synthesizing a polybenzoxazole precursor by reacting the dicarboxylic acid derivative with a bisaminophenol compound, and (c) from the reaction solution of the polybenzoxazole precursor as a leaving group. The manufacturing method of the polybenzoxazole precursor characterized by including the 3rd process of removing the produced 1-hydroxybenzotriazole using a batch-type chromatographic separation apparatus. |
