titleOfInvention Desulfurization agent for hydrocarbon fuel and method for producing the same
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly active and highly durable desulfurization agent for hydrocarbon-based fuel capable of maintaining high activity over a long period of time and a method for producing the same. The desulfurization agent includes a highly dispersible carrier and at least one active metal element selected from Ni, Fe, Cu, Zn, Co, Mn, Sn, and Ag supported on the highly dispersible carrier. As the above-mentioned highly dispersible carrier, those containing a complex oxide containing at least two elements, boehmite, or a mixture thereof are preferable. The desulfurizing agent is prepared by mixing a solution of each compound of at least two elements described above to prepare a composite oxide precipitate, and firing the precipitate to form a composite oxide powder or dissolving boehmite. An acidic solution and an alkaline solution are mixed to prepare a precipitate. The precipitate is fired to form boehmite-containing powder. The powder is impregnated with at least one active metal element and further fired. Can be manufactured. [Selection figure] None
