abstract |
Disclosed is a gene / drug release stent capable of providing a stent having sustained release properties of MCP-1 function inhibitor that is stable over a long period of time and stability in the body. A gene / drug release stent in which the surface of a stent substrate (11) is coated with a drug holding layer (M) made of a polymer material containing a monocyte migration factor-1 (MCP-1) function inhibitor. (1). The MCP-1 function inhibitor is one or more selected from anti-MCP-1 antibodies, MCP-1 antagonists, MCP-1 dominant negatives and genes encoding them. [Selection] Figure 1 |
