titleOfInvention Sterilization method using high voltage
abstract [PROBLEMS] To safely disinfect various microorganisms including spore bacteria under normal pressure without impairing the quality of sterilized objects such as foods, pharmaceuticals, Chinese medicine, cosmetics, seeds for seeding, feed, fertilizer, etc. Providing a sterilization method without the problem of ozone layer destruction. A sterilization object is arranged between the electrodes of a power supply unit that generates a high voltage, a discharge-side electrode that applies the generated high voltage, and a processing device that includes a ground-side electrode. A high voltage pulse is applied between the electrodes to sterilize the object 7 to be sterilized in a gas atmosphere at normal temperature and pressure, and then heated to a high temperature or rapidly cooled to a low temperature.
