abstract The present invention relates to a processed product of hirame lemon, which is made from squeezed scallops of shirami lemon, and a method for producing the same. It is possible to eat and drink as a processed product of Japanese cypress lemon. SOLUTION: A processed product of hiramon lemon, which is obtained by pulverizing a dried squeezed lemon lemon and adding powdered brown sugar into a tea bag. Moreover, it is a processed product of hirami lemon, which is obtained by pulverizing the dried squeezed whole of hirami lemon and filling it into a bite-sized sachet in a state where powdered brown sugar is added and mixed. You can always carry it and drink it without water for fatigue recovery. It may be dissolved in hot water or cold water and taken as if it were a lemon tea. [Selection] Figure 1
