PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food containing chrysanthemum candy components that further improve food safety as a health food rich in inulin. The collected raw chrysanthemums are washed in step 1, peeled in step 2, cut in step 3, dried in step 4, and roasted in step 5, followed by step 6. In powder form.
