titleOfInvention | Conductive pattern and conductive pattern forming method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a high-definition conductive pattern excellent in manufacturing suitability, excellent in durability and conductive stability, and such a high-definition conductive pattern in a simple process excellent in manufacturing suitability. A conductive pattern forming method is provided. Provided is a conductive pattern which is excellent in manufacturing suitability and excellent in durability and conductive stability. SOLUTION: A surface graft material having a graft polymer chain formed by covalent bonding at one end through a covalent bond to a surface of a substrate through a site capable of photocleavage is exposed, and a site capable of photocleavage in an exposed region. And the graft polymer chain is removed to form an existing region / absent region of the graft polymer chain, and a conductive material is attached to the existing region of the graft polymer chain.
