titleOfInvention | Semiconductive rubber roller, process cartridge and electrophotographic apparatus provided with the same |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a semiconductive rubber roller that does not cause defective coating and has no image defect, and a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus including the semiconductive rubber roller. In a semiconductive rubber roller including a highly conductive core metal and a semiconductive elastic body layer provided on the outer periphery of the core metal as constituent elements, the elastic body layer has a volume resistivity of 1 × 10. It is formed of a rubber composition containing a raw material rubber of 13 Ω · cm or less and a non-conductive inorganic filler, and the mass fraction of the raw material rubber with respect to the total compounding agent of the elastic layer is 50% by mass or less. A semiconductive rubber roller characterized by satisfying the relationship of the following general formula (1) where the electrical resistance of the elastic layer when 50V is applied is Ω50, and the electrical resistance when 250V is applied is Ω250; A process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus comprising the semiconductive rubber roller. Ω50 / Ω250 <2 (1) [Selection figure] None |
