titleOfInvention | Method for producing cellulose mixed fatty acid ester |
abstract | 【Task】 To provide cellulose mixed fatty acid ester, a biomass material, economically and with high quality. [Solution] The present invention relates to a cellulose mixed fatty acid in which cellulose is esterified with acetic anhydride as an acylating agent and an organic acid anhydride having 3 or more carbon atoms, and the hydroxyl group of cellulose is substituted with an acetyl group and an acyl group having 3 or more carbon atoms. In the method for producing an ester, the molar amount of the acetic anhydride and the organic acid anhydride having 3 or more carbon atoms satisfies the following formula (I). (I) Macy / (Mace + Macy) = k × DSacy / (DSace + DSacy) 0 ≦ k ≦ 0.5 Mace: molar amount of acetic anhydride used as acylating agent Macy: molar amount of organic acid anhydride having 3 or more carbon atoms used as acylating agent DSace: degree of acetyl group substitution DSacy: degree of substitution of acyl groups having 3 or more carbon atoms [selection Figure] None |
