titleOfInvention | Aqueous ink composition, ink jet recording method using the same, and recorded matter |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based ink composition having both high gloss at the time of printing and recording on special paper and high color development at the time of printing and recording on plain paper. The aqueous ink of the present invention is an alkaline aqueous ink comprising a colorant dispersion comprising a dispersion resin containing a colorant, a weak alkalinizing agent, acetylene glycol or an ether derivative thereof, a humectant, and water. The composition is a composition in which the dispersion resin is made of a resin that is insoluble in water alone, and the ink is prepared with at least one combination in which the weak alkalinizing agent and the humectant are mutually dissolved, thereby stabilizing ink ejection. In addition, it is possible to provide a water-based ink composition that secures the storage stability of the ink and achieves both high color development during printing recording on plain paper and high gloss during printing recording on special paper.
