abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cure excellently as a binder for various coating agents such as adhesives, paints and printing inks having excellent printability, water resistance and solvent resistance, and good adhesion to the surface of a plastic film. To provide a one-part water-based polyurethane composition. SOLUTION: An organic polyisocyanate (a), a polyester polyol (b) having at least two active hydrogen groups reactive with NCO groups, and at least two reactive with ketonic carbonyl groups and NCO groups. A water-based polyurethane (A) having at least two ketonic carbonyl groups in the side chain and a hydrazide compound having at least two hydrazino groups, polymerized with the active hydrogen group-containing compound (c) having (B) is a room temperature curing type one-component water-based polyurethane composition, wherein the hydrazino group of the hydrazide compound (B) is added to 1 mol of the ketonic carbonyl group of the active hydrogen group-containing compound (c).
