abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-coat paint composition capable of forming an excellent anticorrosion, adhesion and weather-resistant coating film even on a magnesium substrate, and a one-coat coated article using the paint composition. A one-coat paint composition containing components (A) to (E). (A) polyol, (B) prepolymer having chemically blocked isocyanate group: 0.8 to 1.2 equivalent of isocyanate group based on hydroxyl equivalent of component (A), (C) rust preventive pigment: (A), 1 to 50 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the total of components (D) Light calcium carbonate subjected to surface treatment: the total of the components (A), (B) and (C) 1 to 30 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass, (E) organosilicon compound having two or more reactive functional groups in the molecule: (A), (B), (C), (D) 1 to 10 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass in total.
