abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a CNT-reinforced composite material in which a carbon nanotube (CNT) is uniformly dispersed in a resin to obtain a composite material having excellent mechanical strength. A first dispersion liquid 13 is prepared by dispersing hydrophilic CNTs 12 in a first solvent 11. The dispersion 13 and the synthetic resin raw material 15 are added to the second solvent 14 having a solubility of the synthetic resin raw material 15 smaller than that of the solvent 11 and incompatible with the solvent 11 and larger than that of the solvent 11, and stirred. Then, a third dispersion 17 in which a second dispersion 16 in which the synthetic resin raw material 15 is dissolved in the dispersion 13 is dispersed in the solvent 14 is prepared. The solvents 11 and 14 are removed from the dispersion 17 to obtain a mixture of the hydrophilic CNT 12 and the synthetic resin raw material 15. The mixture is molded to obtain a composite material in which the synthetic resin is reinforced with hydrophilic CNT12. The dispersion 17 is sprayed on the substrate to remove the solvents 11 and 14 to obtain the mixture, and at the same time form the mixture. [Selection] Figure 3 |
