titleOfInvention | Structural member for sulfur hexafluoride gas insulation device, sulfur hexafluoride gas insulation device provided with the same, insulating coating material, and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural member having a simple structure having excellent resistance to sulfur hexafluoride decomposition gas as a structural member of a gas insulating device using sulfur hexafluoride gas as an insulating medium. SOLUTION: A structural member 1 for sulfur hexafluoride gas insulating equipment is obtained by coating an outer surface of a glass fiber reinforced composite material 2 formed by reinforcing a resin 2a as a base material with glass fibers 2b with an insulating paint 3. The layered silicate compound 4 is uniformly dispersed in the insulating paint 3. As the layered silicate compound 4, at least one selected from a mineral group consisting of a smectite group, a mica group, a vermiculite group, and a mica group, or a mixture thereof is used, and in particular, a quaternary ammonium ion exists between the layers. Things are desirable. The layered silicate compound is uniformly dispersed in the insulating paint by using a special mixing device or by mixing with an electrically insulating inorganic substance while applying a high shearing force.
