titleOfInvention Method for forming conductive polymer and method for producing electrolytic capacitor
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a conductive polymer capable of improving the conductivity of the conductive polymer as stably and easily as possible. A conductive polymer precursor is formed so as to include a main dopant, and then the conductive polymer precursor is cleaned using a cleaning liquid including a sub-dopant to form a conductive polymer. By this cleaning treatment, the sub-dopant in the cleaning liquid is additionally doped into the conductive polymer precursor, and thus the conductive polymer is formed so as to include the sub-dopant in addition to the main dopant. In addition, during the cleaning process, the outflow (desorption) of the main dopant previously doped in the conductive polymer precursor is suppressed based on the fact that the sub-dopant is contained in the cleaning liquid. Thereby, since the fixability of the dopant (main dopant, sub-dopant) with respect to a conductive polymer increases, the doping rate of the conductive polymer improves stably. [Selection] Figure 2
