titleOfInvention | Multi-layer analysis element |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer analytical element having a small difference between lots and a difference between lots, high measurement accuracy, and capable of being miniaturized. For analyzing a liquid sample, a porous liquid sample developing layer comprising at least one functional layer and at least one non-fibrous porous membrane is laminated and integrated in this order on one surface of a water-impermeable flat support. In a multilayer analytical element, after a liquid sample containing a measurement target substance is attached to the surface of the liquid sample development layer, spread and diffused, 30% or more of the measurement target substance is transferred to at least one functional layer below the liquid sample development layer. Multi-layer analytical element for liquid sample analysis using a non-fibrous porous membrane that can be transferred as a spreading layer [Selection figure] None |
