PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing ink having excellent adhesion to a substrate such as polyolefin and having excellent dispersibility of fillers (pigments, dyes, etc.) without using a chlorine-containing compound and an aromatic solvent such as toluene. A resin composition is provided. SOLUTION: The resin composition for printing ink of the present invention comprises (meth) acrylic acid 4-t-butylcyclohexyl monomer (a) units of 30 to 99.9% by mass and a functional group-containing vinyl monomer. (B) It contains the acrylic copolymer (A) containing 70-0.1 mass% of units, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
