titleOfInvention | Flame-retardant cross-linked polyolefin-based open cell body and method for producing the same |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a non-halogen crosslinked polyolefin-based open-cell body having excellent flame retardancy. SOLUTION: A foamable composition obtained by adding a foaming agent and a crosslinking agent to a polyolefin resin and kneading is charged into a mold during pressing to obtain an intermediate foam, and then heated and foamed in a mold that is not airtight. In the method for producing a foam for producing foam, a non-halogen / non-phosphorus phosphor is characterized by kneading 20 to 50 parts by weight of melamine cyanurate and 10 to 40 parts by weight of aluminum hydroxide with 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin. A method for producing a flammable cross-linked polyolefin-based open cell body. [Selection figure] None |
