abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic or a drug which is water-soluble, can be emulsified, has a good compatibility with additives and auxiliaries commonly used in cosmetics, produces a transparent appearance as much as possible and exhibits a softening effect. A cosmetic or drug containing at least one substituted aminopolyorganosiloxane having a substituted amino group bonded to a silicon atom of a polysiloxane basic skeleton through an alkylene bridge, and present in the aminopolyorganosiloxane. The amino group to be represented by the formula (ε) T—CH 2 —CHOH—CH 2 — (ε) [wherein T is a residue of a surfactant monoalcohol polyglycol ether having emulsifier properties. The amino group present in the aminopolyorganosiloxane is substituted with at least 1.5 residues of the formula (ε) per Si-bonded aminoalkyl group. Wherein the cosmetic or drug is characterized in that it is protonated to give an amide group. [Selection figure] None |
